Vince Kiel is an entrepreneur and real estate operator who builds ecosystems, not just companies. With a portfolio of self-funded, debt-free businesses approaching $1B in annual revenue, he has spent his career designing interconnected platforms across construction, commercial services, real estate, logistics, and technology.
Vince’s real estate journey began early, acquiring his first property as a teenager through a short sale and securing his first multifamily asset shortly after. Those early experiences shaped his belief that value is created through operational excellence, not speculation.
